Cut perfectly and thinly. Clean easily, if you wipe immediately dry, there are no traces on the blade. If you leave wet, small divorces will be. Handles are comfortable, pleasant to the touch. With conventional straight handles i already have similar-i decided to try curved. In the hand lie comfortably. All knives perform their purpose, except a 6-inch knife-for the chef, the blade is very thin and has a low heel, so you have to cut at the very edge of the board, so that you do not stick to the board. And this is very uncomfortable. All knives are moderately sharp, but still somewhat dull metal. Vegetable cleaner dull. The chef broke at the first application-cut carrots. What was the cause-i do not know. Or thin blade, or it cracked on the time of shipment... Wrote to the seller-he immediately sent a new one. Got a new knife while alive. Answer: They are all made out of high quality zirconia powder from raw materials zirconium sand coming from Western Australia. Some people think they are metal knife mistakenly.
