Q：Is the watch waterproof?
A：HR3 is splash-proof and sweat-proof, so it is ok while you are doing sports or washing hands. But you can’t swim with it.
Q: Will my notifications sync to HR3? What languages does it support?
A: Yes. There are some English language, letter and icon on the bracelet. Please don’t worry about language transfer problem.
Message push support languages: English, Russian, Portuguese, Spain, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Q: I did not receive the charger. How do I charge my bracelet?
A: It is charged by USB Port. You can charge your bracelet with the phone charging connector or the computer USB connector.
Q: Why my phone is incompatible with the HR3?
A: Our device is compatible with most of smartphones whose OS are Android 4.4+ and IOS 8.4+.
